Information such as Name, Contact details and payment information are collected from Participants (Heros and Riders).

The data collected is used to provide for and improve our services, personalize user experience and ensure safety and security during rides.

Only necessary information are shared with parties during the ride, and shared with trusted partners for the enhancement of services. Data may also be disclosed upon request from legal authorities.

Security measures such as encryption, access controls, are set in place to ensure all data collected from users is protected.

Liability and Disclaimers

RidePal will strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee 100% error-free operations. Users are responsible for accurate and up-to-date information as well as adherence to local traffic laws.

Our Platform may include links, we are not responsible for privacy practices with third-party services.

Disputes between users and drivers are solely their responsibility, however, we have made available an emergency button to facilitate prompt communication to resolve issues.

Users are responsible for their belongings during rides, we are not liable for any damaged or lost items.

All Participants are encouraged to comply with all local laws while using our services, we reserve the right to report any illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Termination of Accounts

RidePal reserves the right to terminate user accounts and services provided for users who violate the Terms and Conditions or in cases of fraudulence.

Users are allowed to terminate their accounts following all provided procedures.

Dispute Resolution

Heros and Riders are advised to resolve disputes within themelves before escalating it.

Disputes are to be reported using the platforms made available on the mobile application If resolution is not reached before escalating to RidePal, RidePal may offer mediation to both parties to enhance mutual agreement.

Arbitration will be adopted if mediation is not successful, a fair arbitrator with a track record of integrity which is agreed upon by both parties will be introduced.

This dispute resolution is governed in accordance to the law.

RidePal reserves the right to update the Dispute Resolution Terms.

Changes to Terms

RidePal reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions with prompt notification to users.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of everywhere RidePal is located.

Force Majeure

For the purpose of this agreement, ‘Force Majeure’ is used to describe unforeseeable circumstances which could be beyond the control of RidePal. In the case of Force Majeure, RidePal may not be able to deliver services as initially planned, we would not be responsible for any failure or delay in service delivery caused by Force Majeure. RidePal will ensure to provide alternative solutions during cases such as this. RidePal will make efforts to communicate updates regarding the resolution to Force Majeure events.
